2. Sovereign Capital Group Engagement
Qualified opportunities are advanced through Steko's internal channel for preliminary coordination with the sovereign-aligned capital group in the UAE. At this stage, materials are positioned for internal review pending governance confirmation and execution readiness.
3. Governance Confirmation & Formal Review
Upon validation, sponsors align to the capital group's DIFC co-investment framework and governance protocols. The opportunity then proceeds to formal internal review, where evaluation focuses on structure, sponsor capability, and long-term partnership potential.
4. Execution Preparation & Co-Investment Structuring
Following approval, definitive agreements are negotiated and executed between the sponsor and the capital group. A joint DIFC-based investment entity is then established with dual-signatory control. Sponsor capital (20%) is contributed first, activating up to 80% sovereign participation.
5. Deployment & Ongoing Governance
After execution, capital is deployed in stages under the joint DIFC structure. Oversight continues through dual-signatory governance, milestone-based funding, and standardized reporting protocols to maintain alignment throughout the life of the investment.
